Creative Commission Paintings
Students are in contact with scientists and researchers in our community. In Biology, they are responsible for interviewing the researcher about the diseases that they focus on in their work. Although these researchers are doing invaluable work, it is often work that goes unnoticed by the public. For this project, it is the responsibility of the student to reveal that research to a wider audience. Students are thinking about color mixing and the use of color pencil as a tool. Some select pieces will be transferred to large stretched canvases and painted with acrylic paint.
